Terms And Conditions

1. Booking Policy

- All appointments must be booked in advance.
- A non-refundable booking fee may be required to secure your appointment. This booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of your service.
- Appointments are not confirmed until the booking fee (50% off the service) has been received.

2. Payments

- The remaining balance is due 5 days before your appointment unless otherwise agreed, the full amount can also be paid on booking.
- Payments can be made by bank transfer.

 Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed price.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

- Please provide at least 7 days’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. you can reschedule with 7 days notice twice before losing your deposit. 
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit cancellations with less than 24hours notice may result in the loss in 100% of your payment .
- Failure to attend your appointment without notice (“no-show”) will result in the full booking fee being retained and may require full payment upfront for future bookings.

4. Relationship with stores

- Shop and Style Naomi does not act as agent for any of the stores to which we may introduce you or accompany you for shopping. Contracts for the purchase of goods are between you and the relevant store and the terms and conditions of sale and requirements regarding price, returns, defects and all other issues will be such as the store may impose or as you may agree with the store. Shop and Style Naomi has no liability for the quality, condition or performance of any goods which you may purchase during the course of, or as a result of, the provision of Services by Shop and Style Naomi.

5. Health & Safety

- Clients who are unwell or have contagious conditions should reschedule their appointment.

6. Children & Guests

- Unless agreed in advance, only clients receiving a service should attend appointments.
- Children must be supervised at all times.

7. Personal Belongings

- Clients are responsible for their own personal belongings. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal items.

8. Liability

- Shop and Style Naomi will perform the services with reasonable skill and care. Subject to this no warranty or condition is given, made or to be implied in respect of the services and none is to be implied except for any warranty or condition implied by law. In any event liability of Shop and Style Naomi will be limited to and shall not in any circumstances exceed the amount paid by you to the Company for the provision of the relevant services.

9. Privacy

- Personal information is collected solely for the purpose of providing services and managing appointments.
- Client information will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

10. Changes to These Terms

- These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The latest version will apply to all future bookings and will be made available upon request.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
